How do I register?

How long is early bird registrations open?

Early bird registration available until Tuesday 15 September 2026, 11:59pm AEST.

Standard registration is available until 14 October 2026, 11:59pm AEST.

Can I register a group?

Yes, you can register up to 10 people to attend the symposium at one time.

If you register a group all names and details need to be collected at the time of registering. Payment needs to be completed for all attendees at the completion of registration. Register today!

What happens if I need to cancel?

All cancellations must be made in writing to events@theaca.com.au.

We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event, you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

Cancellation Policy

30+ days before the event

Full refund less a $50 administration fee on or before Tuesday, 22 September 2026

29–15 days before the event

50% refund from Wednesday, 23 September 2026 – Wednesday, 7 October 2026


14 days before the event through to the event day

No refund from Thursday, 8 October 2026 – Thursday, 22 October 2026

Can I receive a Tax Invoice/ Receipt?

A tax invoice will be emailed to all delegates upon the completion of their registration online. Please ensure you fill in the billing details at the time of registering

Can I attend if I am not registered with ACA?

Yes, the symposium is open to all professionals within the mental health and allied health sector.

How many OPD points do I receive for attending

10 OPD points for participating in person or online.

How do I claim my OPD?

Attendees need to upload their certificate of attendance to the ACA member portal to claim your OPD points. Certificate of attendance will be emailed to you after the symposium.
